LIFEGUARD TRAINING

This course is designed to offer the skills and knowledge required to be a certified lifeguard through the American Red Cross. Age and skill prerequisites apply. Instructor: Steve Harding, American Red Cross - Lifeguard Instructor Trainer.


WATER SAFETY INSTRUCTOR TRAINING

This course is designed to offer the skills and knowledge required to be a certified swimming instructor through the American Red Cross. Age and skill prerequisites apply. Instructor: Steve Harding, American Red Cross - Water Safety Instructor Trainer.


CYCLIST SPRING TRAINING COURSE

Get ready for the cycling season! Come and train with Heather McKendry. This is an intensive 6 week cycling class designed to improve performance and promote your personal best.

Classes begin April 1st and will run on Thursdays for 6 weeks. Please call 367-4014 for more details.

TRIATHLON SWIM TRAINING

Whether you are an experienced triathelete or recreational open-water enthusiast, this class will give you the skills you need to be a more confident and efficient swimmer. For people participating in the King Pine Triathlon, this 6 week class will be an excellent way to prepare for this early season event.
