Our $100 deposit per-trip is non-refundable however may be transferred to a date other than the original scheduled visit as long as it falls within the 07-08 Winter season at King Pine Ski Area.  I understand that I am placing a deposit and my balance will be due in full the day of our visit to King Pine.

We do not store your credit card information or share your information with any third party.

By using the King Pine Ski Area, and/or by purchasing products by phone, electronic, verbal, written or other form of order confirmation, you the customer ("Customer") agrees to become bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement ("Agreement"), and this Agreement shall govern and control your use of this Web site and any and all current or future orders and/or purchases ("Order") you may make by phone, through or because of this Web site.
