Cardio cycling classes Set to high energy music, and lead
by certified instructors, these classes offer exercise enthusiasts
of all levels an intense and fun, 45-minute non-impact, yet
heart pumping workout. Cycle Reebok classes are the hottest
new workouts! The Mill is proud to be the first to have introduced

mind. Tai Chi works all of the body's systems deeply yet gently,
emphasizing the restoration and maintenance of a state of
