LODGING Information
We've reserved a block of rooms specifically for
New England Sled Dog Club members.
Lodging includes:
- 2 nights lodging (Fri + Sat)
- 2 early breakfasts (Saturday & Sunday)
- Chef-prepared, buffet dinner Saturday evening
- All resort amenities, including full access to
our Mill Indoor Pool, Hot tub & Fitness Center
The lodges, located an 1/8 of a mile from the staging area, are Tecumseh, Starrking and Osceola.

Room are clean, cozy and allow from 2 - 5 people per room. Common areas are available in each lodge for socializing.
UPDATE: Parking is varied around the lodges. Because of the enormous amount of snow this season, we have lost some of the preferable parking spots. All rooms are within easy access to the parking lot but may not offer a window with a view to your vehicle.
Please note that additional rooms may be available, but in different areas of the resort. Please call to discuss with one of our reservationists.

Although we have a 2-week cancellation policy, if the race is cancelled for any reason, we will refund your full deposit.
As of March 3... the conditions are perfect for sled dog racing!
Additional information:
Though a hearty breakfast is available on Sat and Sun., we will provide a "continental" breakfast at 6AM for those who wish to get an early start.
Refreshments and hot lunch items will be available at the staging area from 8:30-4pm on Saturday and Sunday.
Additional options:
- The King Pine Ski Area cafeteria (directly across from the staging area) is open 8am - 9pm Friday and Saturday and offers breakfast, lunch, soups, sandwiches and refreshments.
- The Trails End Tavern (located at King Pine) will be open from noon-midnight Friday, 11AM-midnight Saturday and 11AM-6PM Sunday. Live entertainment is available from 2pm-11pm on Saturday.
