Payments

All rates are per person, based on double occupancy and are subject to 9% NH Rooms & Meals Tax. Gratuities are not included. Please call (800) 373-3754 for more information.

Rates & Information
All rates are subject to 9% NH Room & Meals Tax. Although individual meal credits are unavailable, you may choose an appropriate meal plan when making your reservation.

Deposits & Cancellations
A deposit equal to one night's stay is required upon reservation. A refund on this deposit is available, less a $20 handling charge, if notice of cancellation is received 2 weeks prior to arrival. If notification is received less than 2 weeks prior to arrival a refund is available, less the $20 handling charge, only if the accommodations are rebooked.

Policies

Smoking
All resort accommodations and buildings are non-smoking. All guest rooms, common areas and the Inn porch are smoke free areas, making all indoor space at the resort, ski area and Tohko, non-smoking. Please note there will be a $250 fee charged if it has been determined smoking has taken place in your room during your stay.

Pets
Starting in Spring 2011, we will have a limited number of guest rooms that are "Pet Friendly". We will allow dogs in these rooms and the corridors to these rooms, but not in indoor common spaces. Please "crate" your dog while in the room.

Please note that we do not allow pets on alpine ski trails, resort beaches, or in buildings not designated for pets.

Our pets policy is for a limited space, and a cleaning fee of $250.00 will be assessed for any pets found in non-Pet Friendly rooms.

Purity Spring Resort has a select number of rooms where we will allow your dog to stay in the room with you.

• $15.00 per night per dog / Pet fee.
• $250.00 Authorization will be applied to your credit card as Security Deposit.
• Should one of these pet friendly rooms not be available we cannot allow another room as a substitute. Should we find a pet has stayed in your room with you, and the room is not one of our designated rooms, a fee of $250.00 will be charged to your account in addition to any damages that have occurred because of your pet.
• A copy of current rabies certificate must be provided for all pets at check-in. This is required for your dog to be allowed on property.
