"To the fine folks at Purity Spring!

I just wanted to write a quick email to thank you all for the wonderful weekend which my family and I enjoyed at your resort. When I booked the Polar Express package back in October, I was a little nervous about trying someplace new.　 Typically my family and I stay at a national chain when looking for lodging. Having five (5) young children I like to know what to expect as it relates to where we are staying.

From the moment I called to book to the moment I checked out, our family's experience was amazing. Each and every person we came in contact with was kind and courteous. Our room was perfect for the family. There was more than enough space for all of us and I was impressed with the huge bathroom. Housekeeping was great. I felt horrible about the cookie crumbs the kids had left the first night we were there but they were all gone when we returned from the morning out.

Often times spending the weekend away with the kids feels hurried and rushed. I am concerned about them being out of sorts because they are away from home and out of their environment. This was so not the case at Purity Springs, there was such an inviting and welcoming feeling.

This past weekend was the most relaxing vacation that my husband and I have ever had. The children so enjoyed crafting, swimming in the pool and playing at the play scape. The food served at Traditions was delicious and bountiful. The adult food had a mature flavor and the children's food was not "scary fancy" food. It was perfect for our family.

I can not thank your staff enough for making us feel so welcome. Your hospitality was greatly appreciated. We will certainly be back again.
