Experience eye-popping fall foliage... by kayak!

Watersports have long been a part of Purity Spring Resort. We continue that tradition with a fantastic weekend of kayaking and foliage viewing for all ages and abilities!

Here's how the weekend looks...

Friday, October 10
The weekend kicks off with dinner Friday evening (available until 8pm), prepared by our award-winning Chef,Trevor Tasker.

Saturday, October 11
After a hearty country breakfast, you'll board the Purity Spring shuttle to the Saco River in North Conway where your kayaks and safety equipment await you! A 20-minute instructional paddling lesson will take place on the river before leaving.

PLEASE NOTE:
Two professional guides will accompany the tour plus a Purity guide as well. Please let us know if you need additional training... we want you to be comfortable!

You'll journey downriver through relatively untouched areas of the Conways, past sandy beaches and under old train trestles. Along the way, we'll stop along a sandy beach to enjoy a specially-prepared lunch. This will truly be a kayak ride to remember... Don’t forget your cameras! After the tour, we'll return back to Purity Spring in time for another fantastic dinner.

Saturday evening
Later that evening, cozy-up in King Pine ’s Fireplace Room, for a large-screen viewing of “Thin Air”. A fascinating personal account, by North Conway's own Rick Wilcox, of surviving Mount Everest.

Sunday, October 12
After breakfast, enjoy a guided kayak tour on Purity Lake
where you'll explore the abundant wildlife and listen as your guide discusses the history of the Lake.

At 1pm, we'll serve up a traditional Lobster Bake on Purity Island! From seaweed-steamed lobster and corn-on-the-cob to chicken, steaks and burgers, you’ll feast like a king at this old-fashioned Purity Spring tradition!

Relax in our indoor pool & hot tub or treat yourself to an hour of massage therapy in our Purity Spring House. Minutes away from tax-free shopping.
