Lakeside dining right here in the Mount Washington Valley and just south of Conway and North Conway serving classic and creative American comfort food featuring meats, poultry, seafood, vegetarian and gluten-free options.

Located in the original Inn and appropriately named Traditions, the restaurant dining room, accommodating Purity Spring Resort's guests for breakfast and dinner, reflects the essence of traditional family resort vacations and our pub is warm, friendly and inviting and features a full bar as well as local and regional brews on draft.

On warmer days, stop by and relax on Adirondack chairs on the porch, perfect for enjoying a local draft beer, glass of wine, house special drinks or your favorite seasonal cocktail. With over 100 years of serving meals exclusively to resort guests, the Hoyt Family opened Traditions and has been welcoming the public since 2010.

Please note, on occasion during our peak winter and summer operating months the main dining room on most nights will be serving a buffet style dinner for Purity Spring Resort house guests and the pub menu will only be available in the pub.

Skip The Straw - Reduce Plastic Pollution

We are joining many hundreds of other restaurants and bars who are committing to an effort to reduce plastic pollution. One small step for the industry is to adjust the habit of bartenders and servers including a straw with every water or drink served. Many of us do not even use a straw and just simply toss it to the side.

We will be happy to provide our customers a straw if it is requested, but we hope this is one small step to reduce waste.
