Purity Spring Resort Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. Seasonal maps are available online for summer, winter and spring/fall. Guests may also ask the Main Office for the current property and trail map.

Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m. Checkout is at 11:00 a.m.

Unless a different rate-specific policy is shown, cancellations must be received at least 72 hours before arrival. Deposit and cancellation terms can vary by rate and are provided when you book and in your reservation confirmation. A $25 per-night resort fee applies to all reservations. Room rates are also subject to an 8.5% New Hampshire Rooms & Meals Tax. Required charges are included in the displayed total and the resort fee is itemized in the price breakdown.

Purity Spring Resort accepts major credit cards, personal checks and cash.

The Main Office is open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Hours may change seasonally, so call 603-367-8896 if you need assistance close to closing time.

Call 603-367-8896 before the office closes so the resort can prepare your late-arrival instructions. You can complete check-in with the Main Office the next morning.

During the published summer schedule, breakfast is available Thursday through Monday from 7:00 to 10:00 a.m.; on Saturday, breakfast is served at the Rocky Point Breakfast Cookout from 8:30 to 10:00 a.m. Traditions serves dinner Thursday through Monday from 4:00 to 9:00 p.m. Hours and seasonal offerings may change, so review the Dining page before your visit.

From mid-June to early September, Purity Spring generally offers a paid Lobster & Steak Cookout on Thursday at 6:00 p.m. and a paid Rocky Point Breakfast Cookout on Saturday from 8:30 to 10:00 a.m. Advance reservations are required. Review the Dining page for current menus and booking details.

During the summer season, registered guests can join complimentary waterskiing sessions on Monday. Space, weather and operating conditions may affect availability. Private waterskiing, wakeboarding or kneeboarding sessions may also be available by advance reservation for an additional fee. Contact the Main Office for the current schedule and requirements. Yes. Purity Spring offers more than 180 acres of trails and grounds to explore, including routes for walking, hiking and mountain biking. Review the current seasonal map and ask the Main Office about conditions, route difficulty and seasonal closures before heading out.

A limited number of accommodations welcome dogs, including Island View units 223 and 224 and King Pine rooms 151 through 160, which include select two-bedroom family suites and queen rooms. Availability is limited, so reserve a pet-friendly unit before arrival. The fee is $25 per dog, per night, with a maximum of two dogs per unit.

Dogs must be registered in an approved pet-friendly unit. Keep dogs leashed outside the room, clean up pet waste and keep them out of restricted buildings, common areas and beaches. Dogs may not be left unattended if they could bark, soil or damage the unit. Disruptive, aggressive or destructive dogs may need to leave the property. A $250 fine applies when a dog is brought into a non-pet-friendly unit, and additional cleaning or repair charges may apply.

Purity Spring Resort welcomes service animals in accordance with the ADA. Service animals may accompany their handlers in areas where guests are normally permitted, and the resort's pet fees and pet-room limits do not apply to them. Emotional support or comfort animals that are not trained to perform a disability-related task are not service animals under the ADA.

No. Purity Spring Resort does not currently offer EV charging. The nearest known public charging option is at Hannaford in North Conway. Check a current charging map or network app for availability before traveling.

Yes. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available for registered guests. Ask the front desk for connection instructions or refer to the network information provided at check-in.

Cell service can be spotty because of the resort's location. Connect to the available Wi-Fi and enable Wi-Fi calling on your device when possible. The Main Office can also suggest areas of the property that may have a stronger signal.

Daily service provides towels as needed and empties trash. Contact the Main Office if you need additional assistance during your stay.

Yes. Card and digital-payment washers and dryers are available at The Loft during the summer season and in the Fireplace Room at King Pine during the winter season. Use the current resort map or ask the Main Office for directions.

A limited number of Pack 'n Plays are available first come, first served for $15 per day. Contact the front desk at least 24 hours before arrival to request one.

Ice machines are located at The Mill, on the second floor of The Inn, at The Loft during the summer season and in the Fireplace Room at King Pine during the winter season.

Report lost or found items to the Main Office as soon as possible by calling 603-367-8896. Keep valuables secured during your stay.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Loud, objectionable or disruptive behavior is not allowed at any time.

All accommodations and buildings are non-smoking, including vaping and e-cigarette use. Outdoor smoking is permitted only in designated locations. Violations may result in a fine of up to $250.

Yes, when capacity allows. Pool day passes are $25 per adult and $15 per child. Children age 5 and under are free. Contact the resort before visiting to confirm availability.

Yes. Monthly memberships include the indoor pool, hot tub and showers, but do not include the fitness center. Memberships are $50 per adult, $40 per child age 12 and under, or $150 for a family four-pack with two adults and two children. Children age 5 and under are free. Additional family members are $25 each, and members may bring guests for $10 per guest, per visit. Access remains subject to capacity.

The pool is open 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

A Splash Party is a two-hour pool-area package for up to 15 children for $180 plus tax. Available time blocks are 10:00 a.m. to noon and 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. The pool remains open to other guests during Splash Parties and is not reserved exclusively for the group. Ask about availability and additional-child pricing if your group has more than 15 children, up to a maximum of 20. Guests may bring food, but glass is not allowed in the pool area and drinks must use plastic or reusable plastic cups. Plain pizzas may be ordered in advance for $24 and pepperoni pizzas for $28. A $100 incidental hold is placed on the event date and released after the area is inspected and returned to its original condition. Call 603-367-8894 for current dates and booking details.

Marriage-license requirements can change. Purity Spring Resort does not provide legal advice. Couples should confirm current requirements directly with the New Hampshire town or city clerk where they plan to apply and consult current New Hampshire law.

Accessible property features include a ramp-accessible dining room, elevator access to the pool level and a pool chair lift. Select accommodations offer same-level access and shower grab bars. Because room features and availability vary, call the Main Office at 603-367-8896 before booking so the team can discuss your needs and help identify an appropriate option.

Call 911 for police, fire or medical emergencies, then alert the Main Office when it is safe to do so. Follow posted emergency instructions and the evacuation information on the back of your guestroom door.

Yes. An automated external defibrillator, or AED, is located at The Mill's Main Office near the front of the building. In a cardiac emergency, call 911, follow the AED instructions and alert the Main Office.
