Description
The houseperson is responsible for many onsite needs including: delivering soiled linen and terry to the laundry room for cleaning; distributing clean linens and ensuring room attendants have everything they need to properly clean a unit without having to spend time finding supplies; trash and lite snow removal; lite cleaning; event set-up and support; pool checks; minor room repairs; ground work and raking beaches, responding to guest requests and inquiries; and more. Flexibility to multitask, communicate and coordinate with other teams/staff, good customer service skills, and ability to work alone to complete tasks in a timely manner. Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to lift 50 lbs.
